Our body is composed of 90% or more water when we were born, and to as low as 50% when we die. You can see how in an older person, the skin becomes dry and very frail. Water is very important to both the young and old. Can you imagine the damage it will cause to the body if we do not fill it with enough water daily? I know many friends who have been or are undergoing pregnancy and do not know what name to choose for their new addition to the family. Perhaps I can recommend them these names for baby boys which I found just recently. There is an interesting collection of baby names here which I think they would like a lot and will probably pick one as the name for their new baby. I really like the way the site presents itself as a resource for baby names and would certainly serve as a useful site for expecting mothers and those who are looking for a name for their first child or children.

I would love to go on a holiday soon with my darling and visit somewhere sunny and nice. In fact I was thinking of him taking me to Oahu, Hawaii as the place looks really nice and relaxing to me. I just saw this movie “The Shaggy Dog” which features Tim Allen and at the end of the story, the family went to Hawaii and spend their holiday together lying down on the sunny beach at Oahu, Hawaii. I did see a couple of suntanning lotions that they must brought along as well, so I am guessing that they did have some fun at the beach for sure. I wonder if my darling will take me to Oahu if I ask him to go? Maybe we can go there on our honeymoon together after our wedding. I am sure he will be receptive to the idea of spending time with me on the beach.
